This is rare, but in the unlikely case you accidentally enter the wrong shipping info and do not double-check it when placing the order you have to contact us immediately so we can try to change it before your order ships. If it's too late and your order ships with an incorrect address, it is on you. This is one thing that we cannot control. If you fail to enter the correct address please be aware we will not reship the order. It is on you to try and recover it through whichever carrier it was shipped from. If the package comes back to us then we can reship it. Or you can place another order if you want with the correct address. We don't mind giving a discount on a re-order, but we do not reship orders that have screwed up addresses. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
