Fraud Orders

If we receive an order in our system which is flagged as fraud, it may be due to an address or zip code that is different than what your billing address/zip code is on your card, or your cvv code may have been incorrect when submitting the order. Our system may flag your order as suspected fraud. If that is the case we will reach out to verify the order but we also hold all flagged orders for up to 30 days. We have seen issued where even once verified we will get hit with a chargeback well after the order has been placed. so our policy is to hold all orders for 30 days to make sure the bank and credit card company clear the transaction before we ship the order.
