  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes we do, only to non commie countries. If your country is not available please email us and we can add it. We only add countries as requested due to a high number of fraud orders we used to have in the past cough Phillipines cough
  • Has my order shipped?

    You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as it ships. You can look up your order by using this widget. Just click the menu button at the top left of this widget and there is an order look up on the main screen of the widget.
  • How long does it take to ship?

    Usually we have orders out the door within 2-3 business days. But when we have big sales and new product releases it can be upwards of 3-4 Business days to get orders out.   • Shipped to incorrect address

    This is rare, but in the unlikely case you accidentally enter the wrong shipping info and do not double-check it when placing the order you have to contact us immediately so we can try to change it before your order ships.   • Tracking information says Pre-Shipment or Not Found

    If your tracking information says Pre-Shipment, please allow a day for USPS to scan it into their systems. Most of the time when it says pre-shipment USPS has already picked it up from us and will scan it in as soon as they start to move it. If it says Not Found, that means the tracking number h...
